Senior Product Manager
We are looking for a hands-on, experienced, and passionate software product manager to take ownership of our data quality product offerings. You will be responsible for defining product requirements and driving product execution (including QA, documentation, and training). The product manager
will lead the product definition process for both new product solutions as well as subsequent versions of existing products and solutions. This job is located in Pasadena, CA. The ideal candidate has the ability & desire to work in a fast paced, high-tech software startup.
Senior Data Quality Telesales Supervisor/Representative
Responsibilities
- Supervise existing telesales staff.
- Qualify and sell all ActivePrime CleanData solutions to incoming inquiries.
- Prospect for, qualify, and sell all ActivePrime CleanData solutions in new accounts.
- Provide training and startup support to new customers.
- Provide feedback to Marketing regarding campaigns and Product Management on enhancements.
- Maintain account and opportunity updates within our internal CRM.
- Report weekly metrics.
- Attend relevant industry tradeshows (some travel required).
Skill and Experience:
Your skill set includes solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement, while building satisfied, loyal, and referenceable customers. Beyond a passion for sales and 5+ years selling technology solutions to Enterprise and SMB markets, candidates should possess:
- A successful history of new business sales via telesales and web demos.
- Supervise existing telesales staff.
- A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business.
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Extensive experience and daily discipline of using a CRM system.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including the ability to compose professional correspondence.
- A Bachelors degree.
Preferred experience includes:
- CRM and/or Data Quality industry experience.
- Experience using SalesLogix, Salesforce.com, and/or Siebel CRM OnDemand.
- Experience working remotely.
- Experience in a fast-growth high-tech startup.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, detail-orientation, and flexibility in job tasks.
This is a telecommuting position that can be located anywhere in the United States. Your success will be measured in direct proportion to your net investment in the job.
